Baby, zacinam tuto temu, lebo na domacom fore sa tie recepty stratia pri tom mnozstve prispevkov. Hned Vam tu davam aj jeden zaujimavy recept z Food Network. Mam ho vykusany a cela rodina ho zboznuje:

Risotto in a Lemon Cup

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter, plus 1 tablespoon
1 large shallot, diced
1 cup Arborio rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1/2 a lemon, zested amd juiced
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 lemons, for serving

In a medium saucepan bring the broth and 1/2 cup water to a simmer. Cover the broth and keep hot over low heat.
In a medium, heavy saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and saute until tender but not brown, about 3 minutes. Add the rice and stir to coat with the butter. Add the wine and simmer until the wine has almost completely evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of the simmering broth and stir until almost completely absorbed, about 2 minutes. Continue cooking the rice, adding the broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each addition of the broth to absorb before adding the next, until the rice is tender but still firm to the bite and the mixture is creamy, about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, mascarpone cheese, the lemon zest and juice, and the salt and pepper.

To serve, cut 1/4-inch off the bottom of each lemon so they stand on their own. Take 1-inch off the stem end. Using a grapefruit spoon scoop out the flesh of the lemon and discard. Fill each lemon with about 1/2 cup of risotto. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Serve immediately.

hecuba, si sa pytala na tvarohovu natierku vcera, ja som to nejako prehliadla. Tak ja davam nakrajanu cibulku, osolim, pridam maslo, tvaroh, cervenu papriku, mlety kmin, vymiesam, niekedy ked je moc husta, pridam trosku smotany kyslej.

normalnu cibulu, ale aj jarna cibulka je dobra. Inak moj otec robieva dobru nivovu natierku s pivom, mnam, dufam ze spravi, ked pridem.

kocky,rada by som prispela niecim originalnym ale momentalne len narychlo rychle jedlo 🙂
osmazit cibulu,mlete maso,sol,oregano,mozte aj mlete korenie
uvarit v supke zemiaky,tie dat na kolieska do jenskej mise alebo pekac,trochu posolit a na to dat osmazene maso,potom zasa vrstvu zemiakov,cele to poliat dresingom ktory pripravime z kyslej smotany a rajcinoveho pretlaku,a sup dat zapiect do rury.
momentalne som to upiekla 😉 len to trvalo pretoze som zemiaky nepredvarila 😠 ale neva
ozdobite platkami rajciny

rada robievam mexicke jedla len kocky na sk asi nemaju k dispozicii napr.tortillas,a vseliake seasoning mix
oblubene mam taco mix-to uz pouzijem aj na tacos,burritos alebo len tak na mlete maso,ale o tom neskor,teraz letim lebo dnesny den len tu lietam 😝

ja v zime robim tu polievku je velmi dobra a deti ju zboznuju je taka sladkava lebo jabla su sladke🙂 ale moze sa pridat trosku octu ked chcete ja nepridavam nic🙂

Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 1/4 pounds butternut squash, peeled, seeded, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 1/4 cups (or more) vegetable broth
1 Gala apple, peeled, cored, diced
1/2 cup apple juice
Light sour cream
Chopped fresh chives

Melt butter in large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and nutmeg; sauté until onion begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Add squash, 4 1/4 cups broth, apple, and apple juice. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered until squash and apple are tender, about 30 minutes. Working in batches, puree soup in blender until smooth. Return soup to pot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bring soup to simmer, thinning with more broth if desired. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with sour cream and chives.

Katkic, toto je ta farma, kde sme boli minuly tyzden. Germantown je niekde pri Vas, nie (nikdy si neviem spomenut, ci byvam v Germantowne alebo Gaithersburgu). Neviem, ako bude s malinami tento vikend, kedze prsalo, ale maju aj ine na samozber--jablka, a este zvysky cernic. A tusim zajtra otvaraju jesenny festival. Su otvoreni denne okrem pondelka a cez pracovny tyzden mas vacsiu sancu, ze nebude vyzbierane. Ty tam mozes ist hocikedy 😉 Skus, lebo fakt to stoji za to. Ja som hned v nedelu uvarila malinovy sirup. Jablka tie zatial len tak jeme.

Nivova natierka

Cibulka, niva, maslo, tmave pivo(trosku), vsetko zmiesat, a je to hotove.

niki falosna treska:
3 vajcia natvrdo, 1 cibuľa, 1 surová mrkva, 1 majolka, 2 kyslé uhorky, 1 tvaroh (pred úpravou dáme na niekoľko hodín do mrazničky), 1PL vegety, 1PL horčice.
Vajcia, mrkvu, uhorky, tvaroh a cibuľu postrúhame. Pridáme ostatné prísady a zmiešame s majolkou.

nepamatam si ci sme ozaj davali tri vajicka alebo menej.....tvaroh som ja nemrazila. je to vynikos. mnam mnam.

Ja som raz robila aj tu tresku z tilapia fillets, len to musim niekde najst, bola mnam. Kto to tu dal originalne? Neviem kde mam ten recept hladat.

A este Lucka, Ty si raz davala recept na super langose. Mozes ho sem prosiiiim hodit znova? 🙂

Velmi rychly tip na veceru, idem robit dnes vecer. Vysmazany syr bez smazenia. Je z mimibazaru.

POTŘEBNÉ PŘÍSADY

150 g syra, 200 g sunky, 6 vajec, 6 cajovych salok, tuk a struhanka na vymazanie salok

POSTUP PŘÍPRAVY

Toto je tip na vybornu a rychlu veceru nakolko odpadava obalovanie syra v trojobale. Nie je to mastne a syr nevyteka po panvici. Postup je velmi jednoduchy.....
potrebne prisady, este tu chyba tuk a struhanka na vymazanie salok. Ja som robila z mensej davky iba pre seba a deti tak som mnozstvo upravila.
syr nastruhame na jemno a sunku nasekame na male kusky
salky riadne vymastime a vysypeme struhankou a ideme vrstvit....
zaciname vrstvou syra
na syr nasleduje posekana sunka
na sunku rozklepneme 1 vajicko
na vajicko ide opat vrstva sunky
a na koniec opat syr
salky vlozime do vyssieho plechu a zalejeme vriacou vodou asi do polovice salok
takto ich strcime do horucej truby a pecieme pri vysokej teplote asi 230 stupnov cca 20 minut do zlatohneda
upeceny syr
podavame s opekanymi zemiakmi a tatarskou omackou

Adusa, ja som raz davala recept na tresku (z tresky 🙂 ). Je to na USA fore. Teraz nemozem, lebo nie som doma, ale ked budem mat cas pohladam a hodim to sem. Ak ma nepredbehnes.
Ten syr vyzera dobre. Mozno to v nedelu spravim. Namiesto cajovych salok by s dali pouzit tie zapekacie misky ramikins), nie?

ja tie langose robim tak od oka. Muka, smotana, sol, drozdie, voda. da sa to do mikrotenoveho sacka do chladnicky, a potom sa langose smazia v oleji.
adusa ja som ten smazeny syr bez smazenia, je velmi dobry, nie je to ako smazeny syr, ale ako nahrada celkom fajn.

uvarit rybu (ja som to robila z tilapie)
varit ju v ocotvej vode kde sa dalo korenie,sol a bobkovy list

dat do mixera spolu z kyslou uhorkou, cibulou, uvarenou mrkvou,majonezou a potom pridat uhorkovej stavy,soli a korenia - robila som to nedavno a bola lepsia nez sa kupi na SK - fakt super!!!

ja robim podobne, ale, v octovej vode uvarim filety z tresky (cod). Vychladnutu rybu v mise rozstrapkam vidlickou. Do mixera hodim mrkvu (ale surovu), kysle uhorky (ale take tie nase--saldkokyske) a trochu cibule, postruham a zmiesam s rybou. Potom este pridam kvalitnu (neochutenu) majonezu a dochutim ak treba solou, korennim a octom.

ked uz je vykysnute tak dat do chladnicky. Ja si pamatam ze bol aj recept na langose bez drozdia, musim sa v tom pohrabat. Davate aj susene drozdie? Jeden ci dva balicky?

ja davam do chladnicky, tam to tiez nakysne, potom ked to z chladnicky vytiahnem, rozdelim na bochniky a nechan podkysnut na 10 minut. Mne sa doteraz vydarili.

Adusa tu mas ten recept na langose bez drozdia
Potrebujeme: asi 200-300 g polohrubej múky, 1 prášok do pečiva, horúcu vodu, soľ
Múku nasypeme do misy, pridáme prášok do pečiva a soľ. Premiešame. Pridáme toľko horúcej vody, aby sa z cesta dali robiť guličky vo veľkosti vajíčka. Tieto guličky potom tvarujeme do placiek a vyprážame z oboch strán na horúcom oleji. Podávame s kečupom, tatárskou omáčkou a strúhaným syrom. Z tejto dávky je asi 10-12 langošov.
Ja som ich robila tento tyzden a vydarili sa. Pravda je ze nie su take nadychane ako tie z drozdia a tym padom su aj trochu tazsie ale stale su chutne. 😉

Kamaratka Nemka, velmi dobra kucharka ma zasobuje rychlymi a dobrymi receptami, prave mi poslala tento:

1-2-3 recipe for you... Anchovis and capers pasta

Cook 300 g pasta without salt (because the anchovies are most likely salty enough.).

Use a non-stick pan and sauté the following ingredients in this order:
- 0.5 large onion cut into small cubes
- 4 oz of anchovies in olive oil (drain as much olive oil as possible) cut into small pieces
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
- 0.5 small glass of capers (drain and check whether they are quite salty or sour; if so, rinse them with water)

Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce, add some pepper and enjoy! 🙂

od tej istej kamaratky, uplne uzasny recept ak mate susene huby zo Slovenska:

Simple pasta sauce:

A small piece of butter
A hand full of mushroom soaked in water
1 big onion cut into small pieces
Sour cream
Crumbled bacon from Costco
Salt, pepper

Mushrooms were drained a little bit but the water was collected. Mushrooms and onion pieces were slightly roasted in a pan bevor sour cream and soaking water was added by stirring. The bacon was added at last.

ja som lupila cerstvu slaninu, nakrajala ju na male kocky a uprazila ako prvu, v nej som prazila cibulu, maslo som uz nedavala.
Je to hotove za 10-15 minut a mnam-mnam
