Baby, zacinam tuto temu, lebo na domacom fore sa tie recepty stratia pri tom mnozstve prispevkov. Hned Vam tu davam aj jeden zaujimavy recept z Food Network. Mam ho vykusany a cela rodina ho zboznuje:

Risotto in a Lemon Cup

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter, plus 1 tablespoon
1 large shallot, diced
1 cup Arborio rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1/2 a lemon, zested amd juiced
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 lemons, for serving

In a medium saucepan bring the broth and 1/2 cup water to a simmer. Cover the broth and keep hot over low heat.
In a medium, heavy saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and saute until tender but not brown, about 3 minutes. Add the rice and stir to coat with the butter. Add the wine and simmer until the wine has almost completely evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of the simmering broth and stir until almost completely absorbed, about 2 minutes. Continue cooking the rice, adding the broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each addition of the broth to absorb before adding the next, until the rice is tender but still firm to the bite and the mixture is creamy, about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, mascarpone cheese, the lemon zest and juice, and the salt and pepper.

To serve, cut 1/4-inch off the bottom of each lemon so they stand on their own. Take 1-inch off the stem end. Using a grapefruit spoon scoop out the flesh of the lemon and discard. Fill each lemon with about 1/2 cup of risotto. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Serve immediately.

hanka, kde sa tulas? 😉

ja si dovolim skopirovat tu hubovu polievku na kyslo co robila niki (prave sa na nu chystam)
Ocistene huby (200g cerstvych) nakrajame na platky, mensie len pozdlzne prekrojime. Kratko ich podusime na tuku, pridame nakrajany kopor (cerstvy alebo sterilizovany asi tak 2 pol. lyzice), zalejeme castou vyvaru (celkovo budeme potrebovat asi 1 liter vyvaru) a kratko povarime. Obielene zemiaky (asi 200g) nakrajame na kocky, vlozime do vyvaru s hubami a varime domakka. Z muky a trochy masla pripravime svetlu zaprazku, ktoru rozriedime vlaznym zvyskom vyvaru a za neustaleho preslahavania vlejeme do polievky. Vsetko spolu povarime. Nakoniec do polievky vlejeme mlieko (1,5 dl), dochutime octom, solou, cukrom, zjemnime troskou masla a kratko povarime. Medzitym mozeme na masle a cibuli uprazit osolene vajicka a polievku v tanieroch mozeme ozdobit touto prazenicou. Mam to z kalendara Gazdinka a robila som to po porvykrat dnes, ale myslim, ze sa vydarila. Uvidim, co vecer povedia chlapi.

Miriam, teraz som v praci, ale doma mam jeden, co synovi strasne chuti. Potom prihodim.

Baby, vela malin bolo. Najedli sme sa do prasknutia. Zo zvysnych som spravila sirup. Jablk sme nazbierali asi 10 kil tiez. Tie najkrajsie odlozim na jedenie a tie ostatne odstavim. Vcera sme nemali nic doma na ranajky, tka som chytra este piekla babovku, tkaze na slivkovy kolac mi neostal cas, ani nervy. Az nekdy priste 😉 A ako robievate tvarohovu pomazanku? Ja som spravila vcera tuto a manzel nemohol prestat jest:

Tvarohu podla chuti, 2 trojuholnikove syry, za pol. lyzicu masla, cerstvy pretlaceny cesnak podla chuti, stipka soli, mleta cervena paprika podla chuti, vyslahat do kremova.

a v poslednej dobe ked robim zemiakove placky (my to volame harule), tak urobim jednu velku ako palacinka a na polovicu si dam masko (len tak na oleji oprazene s cibulkou a ochutene - ci uz pork alebo kuriatko), posypem struhanym syrom a trebars pridam nakrajanu paradajku na platky (resp na co mam chut), prelozim druhou polkou a tak si to krajam.

no aj ja mam rada take, ja tiez oprazim maso na cibulke, pridam pretlak, udusim, a to dam so syrom na placku.

Miriam, je to vlastne tato torta, ale bez tej whiskey a trosku modifikovana. No a prave na tie modifikacie si teraz nespomeniem, robim to len raz do roka. Takze vecer sa pozriem do svojich receptov:

Hanka, ja nie som originalny autor, len som to sem skopirovala z USA fora pre poriadok. 😉 Tie jablkove usmevy som este nerobila. Nemam dost deti na to, aby som sa s tym babrala. Ale napad je to dobry.

hubova polievka - cream of mushroom

toto je polievka co som len tak vymyslela a vela ludom chuti - jednoducha r rychla.

usmazit cibulku (ked nemam aleb sa mi nechce tak robim bez cibule) pokrajat huby a usmazit na oleji, ja pridavam potom aj susene za hrst a tak isto 1-2 male konzervovych hub - ja to varim vo velkom hrnci ako vzdy vseko, pridam vody do polovice az 2/3 hrnca a povarim tak 5 -10 minut, potom tam pridam praskovu polievku ako dostat doma hubovu alebo hribovu a tak - my tu mame Evropske obchody tak nema problem ale ked tu sackovu polievku nemam tak tam dam hubovy bujon no a znovu povarim zo 10 minut a nakoniec zahustim bud smotanu z mukou alebo dam tak 1/2 l az liter mlieka tiez zahustene z mukou. na koniec dam vegety a trosku praskoveho cesnaku - fakt velmi lahka a velmi dobra. dufam ze som to dost zretelne napysala. tej muky tam davam tak 5-8 lyzic - robim ju taku hustejsiu.
ake huby date nezalezi, ja davam co mam a cim viacej roznych hub tym lepsie. ked nie su konzervove nevadi treba pridat susenych alebo cerstvych.

bronia, no tak to musi byt dobre, ja by som skor susene a cerstve(portabello mushrooms) pouzila, ja moc konzervovane nemam v laske. Ja robievam aj cream of brocolli soup. Inak teraz sa mi vari v hrnci hraskova omacka(alebo husta polievka). tuto miluju aj obe baby, oni maju radi polievky, najradsej rajcinovu.

Panera Bread Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe



Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups chicken stock or bouillon
1/2 pound fresh broccoli
1 cup carrots, julienned
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8 ounces grated sharp cheddar

Directions:

Saute onion in butter. Set aside. Cook melted butter and flour using a whisk over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir constantly and slowly add the half-and-half (this is called making a roux). Add the chicken stock whisking all the time. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the broccoli, carrots and onions. Cook over low heat until the veggies are tender for 20-25 minutes. Add salt and pepper. The soup should be thickened by now. Pour in batches into blender and puree. Return to pot over low heat and add the grated cheese; stir until well blended. Stir in the nutmeg and serve.

hrasok(mrazeny), asi tak 1lb, alebo podla toho kolko chcete uvarit
bobkovy list
Nove cele korenie
petrzlenova vnat
muka
slahacka(alebo mlieko a maslo ak nemate prave po ruke)
trosku cukru(podla toho ci je ten hrasok dost sladky)
sol

Hrasok uvarime s bobkovym listom a korenim, solou, ked je uvareny pridam muku rozrobenu v mlieku, hodim tam trosku masla, povarim dve minutky po zovreti, pridam petrzlenovu vnat(ja ju po nakupe v obchode nasekam a mrazim). ochutnam a ak nie je hrasok dost sladky pridam trosku cukru.

Miriam, ja to nikdy nepeciem tolko, ako je tam uvedene. Ta hodina a 45 minut je vela. Zbytocne si obhori cesto a spalia sa Ti orechy a plnka ostane lepkava tak ci onak. Este som nepiekla "pie", kde by plnka uplne stuhla, ved by to ostalo suche!!! Ona ma trosku sadnut, ale ked spravis test s nozom, vzdy Ti vyjde polepeny. Len si pekne sama kontroluj, kedy plnka zhustne, korka je uz pekne zlatohneda a orechy tak akurat chrumkave a vonave.
