Baby, zacinam tuto temu, lebo na domacom fore sa tie recepty stratia pri tom mnozstve prispevkov. Hned Vam tu davam aj jeden zaujimavy recept z Food Network. Mam ho vykusany a cela rodina ho zboznuje:

Risotto in a Lemon Cup

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter, plus 1 tablespoon
1 large shallot, diced
1 cup Arborio rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1/2 a lemon, zested amd juiced
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 lemons, for serving

In a medium saucepan bring the broth and 1/2 cup water to a simmer. Cover the broth and keep hot over low heat.
In a medium, heavy saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and saute until tender but not brown, about 3 minutes. Add the rice and stir to coat with the butter. Add the wine and simmer until the wine has almost completely evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of the simmering broth and stir until almost completely absorbed, about 2 minutes. Continue cooking the rice, adding the broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each addition of the broth to absorb before adding the next, until the rice is tender but still firm to the bite and the mixture is creamy, about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, mascarpone cheese, the lemon zest and juice, and the salt and pepper.

To serve, cut 1/4-inch off the bottom of each lemon so they stand on their own. Take 1-inch off the stem end. Using a grapefruit spoon scoop out the flesh of the lemon and discard. Fill each lemon with about 1/2 cup of risotto. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Ktoré pravidlá porušuje: | Zruš ja robim rada jogurtove rezne: naklepane kuracie prsia nalozim vecer do jogurtoveho nalevu, ktory pozostava z velkeho bieleho jogurtu, 5 hlaviciek pretlaceneho cesnaku, grilovacieho korenia, soli, 2 celych vajiciek. Na druhy den staci len obalit v struhanke a pomaly do zlatista vyprazit. su chutnejsie nez obycajne.

Bronia, aj ja som si ten recept vytlacila, ked som studovala "rychle vecere". 😉 A dnes skusim cukynovy pernik z temy cuketa a cuketka. Ak dam miesto pernikoveho prasku dve davky prasku do peciva zmiesaneho s pernikovym korenim, tak by to malo byt fajn, nie?

CUKETOVÁ KAKAOVÁ BUCHTA
3 vejce
200g cukru krupice
2dcl oleje
500g nastrouhané cukety (stačí nahrubo, cuketu zbavíme jádřince)
400g polohrubé mouky
1 prášek do pečiva
1 prášek do perníku
1 vanilkový cukr
2-3 lžíce kakaa
trochu rumu
dle chuti možno, ale nemusí být - rozinky, ořechy...

Utřeme vejce, cukr a olej, přimícháme zbylé suroviny, nakonec kypřící prášky. Těsto nalejeme na plech s vyšším okrajem, na pečící papír (anebo na vymazaný vysypaný plech moukou nebo třeba kokosem) a pečeme ve středně vyhřáté troubě asi 15 min.(při 180 °C v horkovzdušné troubě). Možno zkrášlit čokoládovou polevou politou cik cak na buchtě.
Bude stejně rychle pryč, tak jako se rychle připravuje a upeče.

Spaldove halusky s hubovou omackou (a la Dr. Bukovsky)

Halusky
2 hrnceky spaldovej muky
1/2 hrnceka vody
3 vajecne bielka
sol

Hubova omacka
1 hrncek nakrajanych cerstvych hub
cibula
olej
1/2 hrnceka sojovej smotany (taku som tu este nevidela, kludne pouzite obycajnu)
1/4 hrnceka bieleho vina
sol
biele korenie
pazitka

Vsetky suroviny na halusky zmiesame a vypracujeme vlacne cesto. Pomocou haluskara vytvarujeme halusky, ktore nahadzeme do vriacej vody a nechame varit asi 5-7 minut. Hotove halusky scedime a prelejeme vriacou hubovou omackou, ktoru si pripravime tak, ze nadrobno nakrajanu cibulu spenime na oleji, pridame huby a chvilku prazime. Potom prilejeme smotanu a vino, privedieme do varu a chvilku este varime. Nakoniec dochutime solou a bielym korenim. Jedlo na tanieri ozdobime nadrobno nakrajanou pazitkou. Je to velmi rychle a chutne (a tiez zdrave--teda, az na tu smotanu 😝)

pridavam dobru babovku nielen dobra ale aj jednoducha

Babovka

1/2 lb. butter ) softened and
2 cups sugar ) mix well
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 pint sour cream
1 cup walnuts (ground)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours

Tip na sunku na sviatky 🙂

Dijon Maple Glazed Spiral Ham
Prep Time: 10 min
Inactive Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 2 hr 0 min Level:

Easy Serves:
about 10 servings:
1 (9-pound) store bought bone-in spiral ham
3/4 cup water

For the glaze:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Place ham in a roasting pan and pour about 3/4 cup water into the bottom of pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until heated through, soft and tender.

Make the glaze:
Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepan until smooth and heat over medium-low to medium heat until simmering. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

When ham is heated through, remove the aluminum foil, and pour or brush the glaze over the top to cover completely. Raise oven temperature to 400 degrees F.

Return the ham to the oven and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until glaze is caramelized and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

A k tomu uz len nejake sides, my robime brokolicu a karfiol zapekane so syrom, zemiakovy salat, dinner rolls, a hocico k tomu.

napadol ma jeden strasne rychly recept na pastu so shrimps. neviem sice ako to chuti, kedze ja shrimpy nelubim, ale manzel chvali. 😀

shrimpy kupujem v trader joe's medium size, uvarene, bez chvostikov, zmrazene. oprazim cibulu, pridam na kocky nakrajanu paradajku a fetu syr, trochu orestujem (paradajke staci doslova par minut). medzitym si pod studenou vodou odmrazim tie shrimpy a pridam ich do omacky a par minut orestujem spolu (v podstate ich len zohrejem v tej omacke) a hotove. feta je slana, sol netreba. staci oregano a bazalka. zevraj dobre. 😀 robili to u nas v greckej restike.

Jablcnik

Vyslahat 3 cele vajcia s 50 dkg praskoveho cukru, 1 vanilkovym cukrom, potom pridat pol kila nastruhanych jablk, pol kila polohrubej muky, 1 prasok do peciva, moze sa pridat aj 5-10 dkg posekanych orechov. Dat piect do vyhriatej rury na 180 stupnov Celzia (360 Fahrenheita).

Kristina z butter milk ( kysle mlieko). Len ho zohrejes do bodu varu, ono sa to tam zrazi a precedis cez sitko... hotovo 🙂

Sissi, ja som tu vyssie davala recept na pecan pumpkin pie, potom Hanka na svoju tekvicovu polievku. Tu Ti pridam este jeden. Toto je uplna rychlovka, lebo do toho idu aj mrazene polotovary. Je to jednoduche. Len tu salviu by som neprazila. Prvykrat mi zhorela, tak dryhykrat som preskocila ten krok a aj tak to bolo dobre. To uz potom radsej pridat viac cerstvej na konci.

cicerove fasirky

den pred namocit cicer, na druhy den uvarit do makka, zmixovat(treba trosku vody z varenia), osmazena cibulka, cesnek, korenie, sol, struhanka(ja som dala aj trosku tvrdeho vienna bread, alebo Italian bread, namoceneho vo vode a vyzmykaneho, ta holka co davala recept pisala, ze miesto struhanky dat ovsenne vlocky, ale az tak som nechcela experimentovat, ale na buduce skusim). zmiesame vsetko a tvarujeme fasirky a obalujem v struhanke a smazime v oleji.

Lievance z cicera, kyslej kapusty a zemiakov

1 konzerva preplachnuteho cicera zmixovaneho alebo pomleteho na hustu pastu, 1 salka pokrajanej kyslej kapusty, 1 salka najemno postruhanych surovych zemiakov, 2 struciky cesnaku pretlacit, 1 cajova lyzicka majoranu, 2 polievkove lyzice spaldovej muky, cierne korenie, morska sol, olej na pecenie

V mise zmiesame zmixovany cicer, kapustu, zemiaky i so stavou. Hmotu dochutime cesnakom, majoranom, solou a korenim a ak je riedka, zahustime ju spaldovou mukou. Rozohrejeme olej v panvici a pecieme placky/lievance.

Hmotu mozeme vyliat na plech a upiect v rure, pei 170 C za 25 minut. Zakladny recept mozeme vylepsit pridanim hub, uvarenej ryze natural alebo uvarenej psenice.

Sosovicove bylinkove placky

75g sosovice
175 g psenicnych krup
2 struciky cesnaku
sol
1 cibula
olivovy olej
rasca (podla chuti)
mlety koriander (podla chuti)
nasekane cerstve matove listy (podla chuti)
4 vajcia
muka
sol a korenie

Sosovicu varte asi 30 minut v 300 ml vody. Stiahnite z platne a pridajte vodu tak, aby sosovica bola prikryta. Pridajte krupy, priklopte a nechajte na 1 a 1/2 hodiny napucat.

Na panvici rozohrejte olej a osmazte v nom nadrobno nakrajanu cibulu a pretlaceny cesnak. Pridajte rascu a koriander.

Do misy dajte sosovicovu zmes, pridajte opecenu cibulu s korenim, vajcia, matu, torsku muky a sol. Tuto zmes premiesavajte, kym neziskate spravnu konzistenciu na placky. Rozohrejte panvicu s olejom a dozlatista v nom opekajte nale placky. Hotove ich vyberajte na pijavu papierovu utierku, aby z nich odkvapkal olej. Podla potreby prisolte a podavajte s vychladenou jogurtovou omackou.

Spiced Cranberry Sauce

a 12-ounce bag of cranberries, picked over
1/2 cup honey
2 to 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar, or to taste
two 3-inch cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg, or to taste
3/4 cup orange juice

In a saucepan combine the cranberries, the honey, the brown sugar, the cinnamon sticks, the cloves, the nutmeg, and the OJ and simmer the mixture, covered, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the mixture is thickened. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and let it cool. The sauce may be made 2 days in advance and kept covered and chilled. Serve the sauce at room temperature.

Cranberry cake

3 cups cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Generously grease a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Spread cranberries and pecans over bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the sugar.

2. In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs with an electric mixer on high speed until foamy. Add remaining 1 cup sugar, flour, melted butter, and milk; beat on low speed just until combined (batter will be thick). Carefully spread batter over cranberries and nuts.

3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is brown and a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack at least 30 mintues. To serve, spoon warm cake into dessert dishes, cranberry side up. If desired, top with sweetened whipped cream.

Pecan Cranberry salad

1 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 4-serving-size package sugar-free low-calorie cranberry- or raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 15-1/4-ounce can crushed pineapple (juice pack)
1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

1. In a large saucepan, combine cranberries and the water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until berries pop.

2. Remove from heat. Add sugar and gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Stir in undrained pineapple. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill about 6 hours or until firm. To serve, sprinkle with pecans. Makes 10 (1/3-cup) servings

muffiny na slano 😝
1 salka jogurtu
2/3 salky oleja (origos recept pyta celu salku, ale kamoska dava len dve tretiny a hovori, ze mozte dat aj menej)
4 vajicka lightly beaten (nenapada ma rychlo slovensky vyraz 😅 )
200g dark ham (alebo akekolvek sunky ci salamy)
200g syru (podla vasej chuti, ona naposledy pouzila cheddar a bolo to fajn)
4 kysle uhorky
1 zavarana red roasted pepper (to ak nemate tak nevadi, jedla som to bez toho a bolo to super - ak mate, tak zevraj je to potom pekne farebne)

zamiesat spolu

osve si dobre zmiesat 2 salky muky s 1 cajovou lyzickou prasku do peciva

zmiesat to dokopy a ako znama hovori, lightly stir it, aby cesto nebolo ukazkovo jemne, lebo potom su tie muffiny tvrde. takto budu viacej vzdusne.

nastriekat panvicu na muffiny, alebo potriet olejom, dat do rury predhriat a az potom dat cesto (tym sa nelepia)

pecie sa na 350 F, asi polhodinu.

zabudla sm dodat, ze sunku, uhorky a pripadne aj tu papriku treba pokrajat nadrobno, resp, ake velke kusky chcete v kazdom muffine mat. 😉

Classic Cranberry Nut Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar (ja davam krystalovy)
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons shortening
1 egg, well beaten
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
½ cup chopped nuts (ja davam vlasske orechy)

- preheat oven to 350F
- grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
- mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl
- stir in orange juice, shortening and egg
- mix until well blended
- stir in cranberries and nuts
- spread evenly in loaf pan
- bake for 55 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- cool on a rack for 15 min
- remove from pan, cool completely
- WRAP AND STORE OVERNIGHT
- makes 1 loaf

Stuffed Peppers

6 large green peppers

1 pound ground beef

½ cup chopped onion

1 16 oz can tomatoes, cut up

½ cup long grain rice

½ cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded American cheese (4oz)

Oven 350 degrees

Cut tops from peppers, discard seeds & membranes. Chop enough of the tops to make ¼ cup. Cook the whole green peppers, uncovered, in boiling water for 5 min, invert to drain well. Sprinkle insides of peppers lightly with salt. In a skillet cook ground beef, onion, and the ¼ cup chopped pepper till meat is brown and veg are tender. Drain excess fat. Add undrained tomatoes, uncooked rice, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce & a dash of pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover & simmer 15 to 18 min or until rice is tender. Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers with meat mixture.

Place in a 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 min. Serves 6
