These blueberry cheesecake mini bites are sure to go down a treat..

Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) cream cheese (light)
6 Tbsp icing sugar
30 Tbsp (2 cups) Whipped Topping

Directions
1. Puree blueberries and cream cheese and icing sugar in a blender until smooth.
2. Gently fold in whipped topping.
3. Place mixture into some deep icecube trays and freeze until set.
