Better lifestyle, wheat bran ( = otruby, one spoon every morning before any meal), probiotics of high quality.. and of course no alcohol, highly processed food, sweet soft drinks (even sugar-free, those are even worse).. espumisan is okay, but I would not take it for months/years

@anonym_autor balanced diet, lots of veggies.. limit sugary and highly processed food. And alcohol. Eat probiotic food - kefir, sauerkraut, white jogurt, drink kombucha.
It works. I recently had to do this due to two cycles of antibiotic treatment (amoxicillin clavulanate)
