African models babywearing! How's that for taking baby to work?

Fun Tidbit: I'm first generation Nigerian (was the first person in my family born in the US) and my mom wore me this way. She's also worn my kids in this fashion using bedsheets & linens.

Like many Nigerian grandmas though, she didn't feel comfortable teaching me (a Westerner) to carry my littles in this fashion because she believes one has to learn and get a feel for it from an early age for it to be safe. In Nigeria, kids as young as 7 or 8 used to wear their younger siblings while playing outside! They were told, "If you drop your brother/sister, you're in trouble." LOL!

She loves my Boba 3G Kangaroo and wants to take it to Nigeria when she visits later this year to show it to her friends...but I need it!
