Kde zoženiem appostille?
ahojte chcela by som sa spytat ako to je s appostille da sa to stiahnut ci to treba ist vypytat na konkretny urad???dakujem
ale to appostille mi bolo povedane ze si mam stiahnut vypisat poslat na adresu s rodnym listom a oni mi poslu preklad toho rodneho listu... teraz neviem ale dakujem
@romanuela na aký konkrétny doklad potrebuješ tú apostillu...ja keď som potrebovala na overenie rodného listu,tak som zašla na matriku,kde sa dieťa narodilo a potom som ešte potrebovala apostillu na doklad o rozvode a to som musela posielať na krajský súd,kde rozvod prebiehal...
Mne sa zda, ze Krajsky urad. Urcite sa nikde neda stiahnut. Ak sa jedna o rodny list mozno ja matrika...Treba zavolat. Apostille je peciatka, ktora potrvrdzuje, ze dany dokument bol skutocne vydany danou krajinou, teda v tomto pripade SR. Napr ak pojdes do zahranicia a budes sa ohanat rodnym listom zo SR, ktoremu v Anglicku nerozumeju a nevedia ako ma vyzerat, tak apostille je taka poistka, ze je to ozaj listina vydana SR a nie nieco vyrobene na pocitaci.
Tu je presna odpoved. Zavisi od toho co chces apostilovat.

1) The Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic ("Ministerstvo spravodlivosti Slovenskej republiky") and all Regional Courts ("Krajský súd") for:
a) public documents issued or certified by courts, notaries, huissiers de justice or other judicial officers;
b) translations executed by official (court appointed) translators;
2) The Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic („Ministerstvo vnútra Slovenskej republiky”) for public documents emanating from authorities within its jurisdiction with the exception of documents specified in point 6 lit. a/ below;
3) The Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic („Ministerstvo školstva Slovenskej republiky” for public documents emanating from authorities within its jurisdiction;
4) The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic („Ministerstvo zdravotníctva Slovenskej republiky” for public documents emanating from authorities within its jurisdiction with the exception of documents specified in point 6 lit. b/ below;
5) The Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic („Ministerstvo obrany Slovenskej republiky” for public documents emanating from authorities within its jurisdiction;
6) Office of the Regional Administration („krajský úrad”) for:
a) documents from the Register of Births, Deaths and Marriages („matrika”) with the exception of decisions on civil status;
b) documents issued by health facilities established by the Office of Regional Administration;
c) documents issued by the authorities of local self-government,
7) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic („Ministerstvo zahranièných vecí Slovenskej republiky”) for any other public document issued in the Slovak Republic not specified above.
