Advantages:
- cheapest option (approx. 300 eur per month including food)
- spacious rooms and garden
- kids go outside every day

Disadvantages:
- Little to no communication with parents (children are passed “through the door” and the carer rarely had the time to do a proper handover)
- No or almost no extra activities (no crafts, no dance classes etc)
- During pick-up you need to ring on the doorbell which makes all the youngest children cry for their moms (triggering Pavlov reflex)
- No individual approach (my son was clearly too old to be in the youngest class and got visibly depressed about being there, yet no one suggested moving him to the class with older children)
- Very defensive attitude of the staff (to every suggestion or question they reacted nervously and were always in a hurry. Lost glove? Blame the parent. Kid started using the pacifier again? Must be the parent’s fault.)
- Every afternoon children were watching TV while the carers were chatting in the corner of the room
- The menu is inappropriate for the youngest kids and provides unhealthy food options
- In the afternoon, the youngest children had to move to another class which caused extra stress
- Overall, it felt that the children were left to their own devices
- Closed for one month during summer time
